The CLS-700 draws a sample
from the container, compresses
it to remove any bubbles, either pre-existing in the liquid or
caused by the extraction
process, then delivers the liquid
to a particle measuring sensor
at a constant pressure and
constant flow rate.

Corrosive Liquid Sampler Model CLS-700 is designed to sample liquids from unpressurized containers such as baths, drums or various-sized bottles, and deliver the liquid to the particle sensor.

The CLS is a computer-controlled automatic instrument. The data system analyzes and displays count and size data.

In addition to automatic sampling, the sampler has a manual control which allows the operator to flush the liquid lines continuously in order to evaluate liquid from the sampler.
