Ion Chromatography System

There are two sets of IC systems in use for the time being in our lab, and Dionex DX 500 is the most common-used IC system:

- Shimadzu Ion Chromatography

DX 500 IC

Peaknet

Dionex DX 500 consists of:

- GP40 gradient pump
- LC10 chromatography organizer
- CD20 conductivity detector
- AS40 automated sampler

The DX 500 IC System offers the highest performance available in an IC system, with unparalleled sensitivity and selectivity.

Quaternary gradient or isocratic pumps deliver precise, accurate flow, and suppressed conductivity detection with AutoSuppression is provided by the CD20 detector.

Complete automatic system is available via the PeakNet Chromatography Workstation.

Shimadzu Ion Chromatography

Shimadzu IC consists of five instruments:

Sample Injection

The SIL-10ADvp robotic auto-injector provides a sample injection from 0.1uL-500uL* with high repeatability and linearity, with low sample carry over. (*with optional loop)

Solvent Delivery

The micro-plunger technology in the LC-10ADvp provides truly pulse-free solvent delivery. LC-10ATvp Solvent Delivery Unit offers reliable solvent delivery performance and superb durability.

High Sensitivity Detection

The display menu of the system controller, SCL-10Avp can be user-customizable with larger and more readable characters and icons. The SPD-10Av UV detector boasts a spectacularly low noise level to ± 0.35x10^-5 AU for high sensitivity analyses.

Workstation

The new 32-bit CLASS-VP® Software easily configures the HPLC system for complete system control and data handling.
