Setsco is synonymous with quality inspection and testing. Our facilities can accommodate any aircraft inspection job. We also provide consultancy and training services for NDT and Inspection of Aircraft Components: Our services include: Fluorescent Liquid Penetrant Testing: Components up to 3 meters in Diameter and/or Height, Post Emulsifiable Hydrophilic Penetrant with level 3 or 4 sensitivity; dry developer or non aqueous wet developer. Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Testing: Magnaflux 3 phase DC bench unit with 4500A magnetizing current and separate aperture coil demagnetizer. Eddy Current Testing: Digital Automatic Bolthole Inspection. First, second and third layer crack and corrosion detection. Ultrasonic Testing: Full service ultrasonic testing for conventional, reinforced plastic and honeycomb structures. Radiographic Testing: Film radiographic testing using 200kv constant potential unit for on-wing exposure. Also lab-based exposure for any components up to 1.5 meters diameter/height. Infrared Thermography: Passive and Active Infrared Thermography NDT for water ingress and fault location.
