On 4 February 2026, SETSCO celebrated a major milestone with the official opening of SETSCO@Jalan Papan’s new Integrated Hub — a purpose-built, five-storey facility designed to support Singapore’s testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) industry.
The new Hub significantly expands SETSCO’s laboratory capabilities, enabling us to deliver advanced and emerging testing services to meet growing demand from the built environment and manufacturing sectors. With modernised facilities and enhanced scalability, we are better equipped to support high-tech and complex industrial testing requirements efficiently and reliably.
Built with sustainability in mind, the Hub has achieved BCA Green Mark Platinum certification, reflecting our commitment to sustainable operations while advancing safety, technical excellence, and innovation.
Operations will commence progressively from 16 February 2026, with the commencement of JIC Inspection Centre, marking a key step in VICOM Group’s journey to strengthen capabilities and support industry partners for the future.
