Setsco Services Pte Ltd is proud to celebrate the official opening of Singapore’s largest public electric bus charging hub at Jalan Papan, developed in collaboration with Volt Singapore and serving as a key charging base for ComfortDelGro Bus’ electric fleet.
Officially launched by Guest-of-Honour, Ms Sun Xueling, Senior Minister of State for National Development and Transport, as well as Ms Cindy Lim, CEO of Keppel’s Infrastructure Division and Mr Sim Wing Yew, CEO of VICOM. The facility represents a significant milestone in Singapore’s journey towards cleaner and more sustainable transport.
Featuring 2.76 MW of installed charging capacity, the hub currently provides 𝟰𝟲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟯𝟲𝟬𝗸𝗪 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟮𝟬𝗸𝗪 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀, supporting a wide range of electric vehicles, including 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀, 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗮𝘅𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘀. When fully developed, the facility will be capable of charging up to 70 electric vehicles concurrently.
For SETSCO, this development goes beyond charging infrastructure. As part of Setsco @ Jalan Papan, we are building an integrated ecosystem that supports the future of sustainable mobility — encompassing vehicle inspection, heavy vehicle servicing workshops, and EV charger inspection and testing capabilities.
This initiative reflects our continued commitment to enabling a greener, smarter and more sustainable future for Singapore’s transport sector while supporting the nation’s electrification goals.
